Views

Happiness is a state of mind! Simple as that! Do you need help in getting into that state of mind?

Here's a few ideas:

Love! Love your life, love yourself, love your children, your family and those around you.

Gratitude! Be grateful for your life, for today, for the sunlight, for the birds and the plants, for your food, for the fact that you have what it takes to read these words!

Stop thinking! Great ideas come to the quiet mind, they say! Try it!

Detach! Wish and just know it happens! Feel it, know it, don't question it, stop thinking about it!

Smile! Rest! Exercise! Sing, dance, paint, create.

Give! Give and don't expect nothing back! It will come anyway, from somebody else maybe, perhaps not to you but to those you love, but it will come back!

Work and love it - it means you got a job, you got money coming in!

In relationship, don't go for the looks only, seek for the essence or you'll fall for the shell and once you've cracked it you end up with a nut ;)

However, when you love somebody that doesn't feel the same for you, stop and check how you'd feel about them being happy with another partner. If then you feel other than happy, well, you don't really love that person. Move on and find real love and happiness!

Be kind, be like a child, genuine, Innocent, intuitive! Love and protect the children, be patient with them and always explain! They are angels, we can and we must keep them that way!

Banks must stop charging people taken over their overdraft limit by a Direct Debit paid to a charity! Actually banks should stop charging all together :)
